Partners
At the core of each Integrum-backed project is a partnership between two experienced delivery specialists, Healm Energy and Strategic Project Delivery (SPD). Together, they bring a proven, end-to-end approach to developing and constructing utility-scale solar and battery energy storage projects across Australia.

Healm Energy
Healm partners with Integrum to originate and progress large-scale solar and battery storage projects across Australia. With a strong focus on land identification, feasibility studies, development approvals, and grid connection, Healm brings deep expertise in taking projects from concept to investment-ready. The team applies a structured, stage-gated development process that aligns with commercial expectations and reduces early-stage risk.

Strategic Project Delivery (SPD)
SPD is responsible for the engineering, procurement and construction of Integrum’s utility scale renewable energy projects. This includes managing detailed design development in coordination with Healm during earlier stages, and refining those designs as part of the EPC process. SPD draws on experience in delivering major infrastructure across Australia and oversees all site-based activity including contractor management, construction delivery, commissioning and final handover. Their structured approach provides continuity from financial close through to operational readiness.

An Integrated Delivery Team
Healm and SPD work closely together to deliver Integrum’s utility scale projects from start to finish. Together, they manage the full lifecycle of each project, including identifying and securing suitable land, progressing development approvals and grid connection, completing detailed design, managing construction, and operating the asset over the long term. This integrated approach supports continuity across all stages, with clear accountability and alignment to investment objectives.
Delivery Model Overview
Investment Strategy and Oversight – Integrum
Integrum provides the financial framework and governance structure for each project, acting as the central investment partner across the pipeline. This includes identifying viable opportunities, overseeing due diligence, and ensuring capital is deployed in line with commercial viability and long-term performance metrics. Integrum works closely with Healm and SPD to assess investment readiness at every stage, providing the financial discipline and strategic direction required to bring each project to market. By maintaining oversight from feasibility through to commissioning, Integrum safeguards the alignment between project delivery and investor expectations.
Early-Stage Development and Approvals – Healm Energy
Healm leads the front end of each project, progressing opportunities from concept through to shovel-ready status. This includes land identification using geospatial data and network capacity analysis, along with detailed feasibility studies, stakeholder engagement, and managing environmental and planning approvals. Healm also plays a key role in procurement by coordinating early design specifications and securing critical equipment and long-lead items ahead of construction. This forward planning supports project continuity and strengthens the interface between development and delivery, working closely with SPD to ensure design, procurement, and execution remain aligned.
Engineering, Procurement and Construction – Strategic Project Delivery (SPD)
SPD is responsible for the EPC execution of each project and contributes design expertise from the early stages of development. By engaging during front-end development, SPD ensures engineering, constructability, and site-specific requirements are considered in initial layouts and feasibility modelling. This integrated approach allows design decisions to flow seamlessly into construction, reducing risk and delays. As projects move toward delivery, SPD leads the full EPC scope including detailed engineering, contractor management, scheduling, safety, site logistics, commissioning, and asset handover.
